These terms apply to Pocket Guitar. Read these terms and the privacy policy before downloading or using the app. If you disagree, stop using it. Minors should use the app with a guardian’s guidance and obtain consent where local law requires it.
02. License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, applicable law and Apple’s platform terms, you may use the app on compatible devices you own or control. Do not infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the software, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it where prohibited by law. This clause does not restrict activities expressly permitted by law.
03. Your music
You retain your rights in the arrangements and recordings you create. When using someone else’s music or materials, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission. Using the app does not grant rights to third-party music. The developer does not acquire ownership of your work through your use of the app.
04. Storage and backups
Your work and settings are primarily stored locally. Export important content regularly. Uninstalling the app, device failure or accidental actions may cause data loss. The app does not promise cloud recovery.
05. Features, updates and responsibility
Features and compatibility may vary by version and device. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit your statutory consumer rights. Practice at a comfortable volume and protect your hearing.
06. Third parties and Apple terms
System sharing, external MIDI devices and third-party services may be subject to their providers’ terms. App Store downloads, purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s applicable rules. These terms do not replace applicable Apple platform terms or mandatory law.
07. Ending use, changes and contact
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may update these terms as features change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Disputes and remedies are subject to applicable law. Contact the developer using the email address below with any questions.
